Gabriel has extensive experience in programming lyrical, dance, symphonic and educational concerts; it is worth mentioning his performances at the Auditorio Nacional de Madrid with a symphonic-choral monograph dedicated to WA Mozart. Mozart; concerts at the Palau de la Música in Valencia and at the Auditorium in Zaragoza; world premieres such as the symphonic suite of Saint Thérèse de Jesús "El castillo interior" by composer José Nieto or those jointly sponsored by the University of Granada and the Manuel de Falla archives: "El amor brujo" (dance-theater), "El retablo de Maese Pedro "and" El corregidor y la molinera "(both with audiovisual support). Collaborations with La Fura dels Baus in the framework of the Úbeda International Music and Dance Festival in Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana" or those with the award-winning puppet company Etcétera in shows such as "Pedro y el lobo" by S. Prokofiev and "Sastrecillo valiente" by T. Harsányi were equally successful. Finally, we must mention his successful work in the complete production of the opera L'Elisir d'amore by G. Donizetti as part of an important bet from the University of Granada for musical training linked to the lyrical genre.

As a guest conductor, he has notably conducted the Louisiana State University Symphony Orchestra (United States), the Cottbus State Theater Philharmonic Orchestra (Germany), as well as the Mad4strings Orchestra, the Orquesta Sinfónica de la Región de Murcia, the Orquesta Ciudad de Granada, the Orquesta de Extremadura and the Orquesta Filarmónica de Málaga (Spain). In the educational field, Gabriel was conductor of the orchestras of the Conservatorio Profesional "Francisco Guerrero" in Seville, the Conservatorio Profesional "Ángel Barrios" and the Conservatorio Superior "Victoria Eugenia", both in Granada. Since 2005 and for thirteen seasons he has been artistic and musical director of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Granada (JOSG), with which he has developed an exceptional didactic and informative work of symphonic music. From 2011 to today he has taught cello and orchestra in the Da Capo summer courses in Víznar (Granada) and for four editions (2013-2016) of a "Conducting course" of great fame.

Without abandoning the educational facet, he conducted the Manuel de Falla International Course Orchestra of the Granada International Music and Dance Festival during the 2013 to 2016 editions; he was professor of the first edition of the Master in Orchestral Interpretation offered by the Academy of Orchestral Studies of the Barenboim-Said Foundation and the International University of Andalusia (Seville), and currently and since its foundation in 2007, he is the musical and artistic director of the Orchestra of the University of Granada (OUGR).
