Daniel Cruañes Langreo was born in Tavernes de la Valldigna (Valencian Community - Spain) where he began studying music, specializing in oboe at the music school in that city. Then he went to study at the Professional Conservatory of Music in Carcaixent to continue his studies and then finish them at the Superior Conservatory of Music in Valencia “Joaquín Rodrigo”.
He has collaborated with many orchestras from all over Spain: the Youth Orchestra of Valencia, the Orchestra of Valldigna, Orchester Sur Sinfónica, the Orchestra of the City of La Línea, La Compagnie Sévillane de Zarzuela, the Theater Lyrique Andaluz,… by reconciling it with other chamber music groups. He has also performed in several cities in Spain and toured Portugal, Italy and Germany.
In 2003, he moved to La Línea de la Concepción. From 2003 to 2006 he was deputy director and director of the “Ciudad de la Línea” Orchestra, completing this position with the formation and direction of the “Muñoz Molleda” Youth Orchestra of La Línea de la Concepción.
In 2006 and 2007 he conducted the Orchestra of the Professional Conservatory of Music “José Salinas” in Baza (Granada). From 2008 to 2010, he was a student of the Academy of Orchestral Studies Barenboim-Said in Orchestral Interpretation, and collaborated at the same time and until 2012 in the creation / coordination of the Bicentenary Youth Orchestra formed by young musicians of the province of Cádiz to commemorate the Constitution of 1812 the events that accompanied this anniversary date.
Since the creation of the Youth Symphony Orchestra “Ciudad de la Línea” in 2015, he has been the titular conductor of this formation, formed by young musicians from all the community of municipalities of Gibraltar (Cádiz).
He has taught in the professional conservatories of Murcia, Cartagena, Algeciras and La Línea de la Concepción, where he is currently professor of oboe.
