Anne Bernard has a dual training in management and music, with a master's degree in economics (specializing in human resources management), and a Diploma of Musical Studies in oboe and music training in a conservatory. Having played since her childhood in different orchestras and chamber music ensembles, she has a varied and international musical experience. She was General Manager of the Confédération Musicale de France in Paris for 14 years (from 1995 to 2009), before joining Eurochestries as Director of Eurochestries International and Eurochestries Charente Maritime in 2009, thanks to her knowledge of musical educational network, the organization of collective practices and the international musical context.
She got to know the Eurochestries in 2006 by participating in the supervision of the festival in Charente Maritime, was one of the co-founders of the Federation of Eurochestries festivals (now Eurochestries International) in 2007, and ensured, in the office, the post of secretary general.
