The Wrocławska Orkiestra Młodzieżowa (Young Wroclaw Orchestra) is a young ensemble of enthusiastic musicians: students from the Music Academy of Wroclaw and also of Music Colleges of low Silesia.
The band was created in September 2005, following the Chamber Orchestra “Con Fuoco”, which knew a wide success at the 16th festival Eurochestries in Charente-Maritime, with Krzysztof Górski, the founder and first conductor of the orchestra.
Despite its short period of activity, the band has already obtained a solid performing experience, with a wide directory, from baroque music to ethnic sounds and also music for movies.
The orchestra has worked with institutions like the Philharmonic Orchestra of Wroclaw, the “Impart” Arts Center, the “Zamek” Cultural Center. It also participated in the Festival Eurochestries in Siberia (Russia) in 2007, with the closing concert organized in Moscow dedicated to the 860th anniversary of the city.

She obtained her conducting diploma at the Music Academy of Wroclaw, and she also had a scholarship from the ministry of Culture.
She perfected her skills in Poland, the Netherlands and with many international classes. She has conducted several times the Symphonic Orchestras of Wroclaw, Katowice and Cracow. In 2003, she made a tour in Germany, Switzerland and Denmark as the assisting conductor of the Orchestra of the Polish Opera.
She worked with the National Radio Orchestra in Prague, the National Polish Radio Orchestra à Katowice, the Philharmonic Orchestras of Zielona Gora, Wroclaw, Kalisz and Rzeszow. She is the artistic director of the Young Wroclaw Orchestra.
She was awarded at the 8th Fitelberg Contest in Katowice and received the Best Polish Conductor prize, and she was also given the second prize of the 59th Conductor Contest organized during the “Prague Spring” Festival, in 2007.
